Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you’ll be absolutely delighted with your new hair. Great care is taken to ensure that your hair is good quality, fresh and new. For reasons of hygiene, which I'm sure you'll understand, we do not offer exchanges.
If we’ve mistakenly sent you the incorrect item then please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will rectify the issue at our expense.
If for some reason, you change your mind then you can cancel the order (before dispatch) or reject the package at the door and when it’s returned to us you will be refunded in full (excluding delivery charge). The package must be returned unopened and in saleable condition. If you have any questions, please drop us a line to firstname.lastname@example.org
For hygiene reasons, we do not sell wigs that have been previously worn by other customers. Therefore we offer a 14-day return option, however, the wig box MUST still be sealed by our sticker. If the seal is broken, you can no longer return it.
