We ship Worldwide unless there are any special restrictions on our ability to deliver to certain locations.

What happens when I place an order?

We’ll be happy that you chose us! Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll be sent a confirmation to the email you provided during the checkout process. Keep an eye in your junk folder as it can sometimes lose its way and land there! You’ll receive another email with tracking details once your Love Gilliana goodies have left our HQ and are on route to you. Reach out if you have any delivery questions hello@lovegilliana.com

How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on your location but we aim to get your order shipped out the next business day after successful processing of payment. We will keep you updated every step of the way. As a guide, please take a look our delivery page.

Will I need to be home to sign for my parcel?

All Love Gilliana hair is sent as a ‘sign for’ tracked package as we want to make sure that it reaches you safely and quickly! Don’t worry if you’re not going to be at home as your delivery guy or girl will let you know that they have your package. You’ll just need to arrange redelivery or collection directly with the parcel company. Naturally, if you do have any questions, please contact us at hello@lovegilliana.com

What can I expect from a Love Gilliana Wig?

We are a very passionate brand so we hope that you love our collection as much as we do! Many of the wigs are designed by our founder and she personally takes quality control very seriously! We take great pride to ensure that our wigs are superb quality, natural looking, soft and have great movement like natural healthy hair does! Our lace front wigs come with pre-plucked hairlines to mimic your own natural hairline, some styles also come with baby hairs. You can customise your hair to make it look even more natural by taking a look at our haircare and maintenance page. If you are new to wearing wigs, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered too! Can I use heat on my Love Gilliana Wig?

Absolutely honey! You can use up to 180°C heat on your hair so this gives you the freedom to change it up. We'd recommend keeping the temperate around 160°C to preserve the quality of the fibres for longer. All wigs come pre-styled and ready to wear so try to avoid using to much heat so that you can keep the wig in great condition for as long as possible. If you use a hairdryer, it must be on the cold setting but we would recommend air drying where possible.

Can the hair be coloured?

We do stock some wigs that can be coloured! This will be clearly stated on the wig product page where applicable.

How do I care for the hair?

We want your wigs to be fabulous for as long as possible so we have created a whole page devoted to haircare and maintenance, just for you! We also include a handy hair care reference booklet with every order.

How long will the hair last for?

It’s difficult to predict how long a wig will last for as it largely depends on the style and maintenance. However, we are 100% committed to helping you prolong the life of your hair and get the best value for your money. Take a look at our haircare and maintenance page for further information.
