DELIVERY 

FURTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION:

• Please note that dispatch is normally within 24 hours of receiving the cleared payment for your order (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). 
• The above delivery times are indicative only and relate to working / business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). During busy periods, we will try our best to get your order to you within the timescales above, however, we cannot be held responsible should any delivery issues and delays occur which are outside of our control. 
• Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day. 
• If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local delivery office for collection. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done. 

EU & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY INFORMATION

• For peace of mind, Love Gilliana only offers trackable international delivery. 
• Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for the LG Goodies to reach their destination once they have been packed and prepared. After your payment is authorised and verified, we will ship your order within 1 business day. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends, holidays or sale periods.
